Former UN Depository Library

The former UN Documentation Centre of Potsdam University Library collected all work and conference reports of the six main organs of the United Nations (General Assembly, Security Council, Economic and Social Council, Trusteeship Council, Secretariat and International Court of Justice) since 1973. From 1995 to 2019 it was officially a UN Depository Library and part of the network of United Nations Depository Libraries. From 1995 to 2007 the Depository Library collected both the documents and the publications of the United Nations, since 2007 only the publications. In 2019, the UN Depository Library was closed. The documents and publications can no longer be accessed on site. However, you may access the UN resources digitally in various ways:

The United Nations Digital Library provides access to UN documents and publications since 1979.

The Official Document System of the UN offers access to documents since 1946, since 1993 additionally with full text search.
