Please order available media through the internal delivery service to the departmental library of your choice. If a title that you want is currently checked out, you can reserve it in most cases.
You can use the internal delivery service to order available media from the departmental libraries and the University Library stacks to be delivered to the departmental library of your choice, free of charge.
A few items cannot be ordered via the online catalogue. In such cases, please contact the information desk of one of our departmental libraries.

Submit an order in the Online Catalogue:
All orders are shown in the user account tab "Items Loaned Out". Notes regarding the status of your order(s):
Orders are usually held for 7 days at the circulation desk of the pick-up location you specified.
If a title that you want is currently checked out, you can reserve it in most cases.

All reservations are shown in the user account tab "Reservations".
If you no longer need a reserved title, please delete your reservation.
|When can you pick up reserved media/literature?|
Reservations are taken into account right away when the media are returned. (We cannot guarantee that the item will be returned on time.)
If a reservation is ready for you to pick up, you can see this in your user account under the "Items Loaned out" tab.
We will also send you an email indicating that the reserved item is ready for pick-up at the location you have specified.
