AI in literary databases

More and more database providers are implementing AI features in their databases.

The “AI Insights” feature is designed to help users of EBSCO databases assess the relevance of a full-text article by highlighting two to five key aspects of the document. EBSCO’s databases include Business Source Complete, MLA, APA PsycInfo and SPORTDiscus.

The WISO database offers a dialogue-based AI search assistant with which you can interact using natural language. The chat functionality enables an ongoing dialogue, allowing you to continually refine the quality of the responses.

In the Statista database, too, you can use a dialogue-based AI research assistant to answer your research questions using the data available in the database.

You are also welcome to use the AI chat assistant GPT.UP, provided by the University of Potsdam.
